Come out on Thursday evenings from 6:00-6:45 p.m. to the Chapel on the main floor of our facility to pray with Rev. Porter and others within our congregation. This is a special time during which corporate prayers may be said and private prayers can be offered either vocally or silently about any matter that is on one’s heart.

NUMC welcomes new senior pastor

The Rev. Derrick Porter, formerly the Peninsula-Delaware Conference’s Wilmington District Superintendent, has been appointed as our senior pastor, beginning July 1, 2016. He replaces the Rev. Dr. David Palmer, who faithfully served our congregation for 11 years and has retired from active ministry as a pastor.
