UMW urgently need your help!

Regrettably, there has been very little participation in the women’s UMCOR Cleaning Bucket campaign. Our local hub is putting the buckets together in early June, so our donation to that effort must be delivered soon. UMCOR has changed some of the bucket requirements, so if you have not yet donated, now is a good time to shop for the NEW items. The NEW alphabetical breakdown can be viewed at this link.

Summer Study for Adults and Young Adults

This learning opportunity runs for eleven weeks, beginning June 3rd (no session on June 10th and July 1st) at 11 a.m. in Memorial Lounge – Facilitated by Rev. Dr. David Palmer and Jerry Swalley, and based on the book and video series, Healing the Heart of Democracy, by Parker Palmer. The study looks at using non-threatening means to heal the growing political divisions in our communities, workplaces, and, potentially, our own homes. Details here.
